I had my first case in 2014 for my divorce and the court sided with me thanks to Daniel Genet. It took a long time but he was patient and informative throughout the whole case. I found him to be honest and charged very reasonable rates and time. He was level headed and forward thinking. This case ultimately was finished at trial with a good result for me. My second case was a guardianship matter in 2021. He explained all steps throughout the process. His knowledge made it seem very easy and he put my mind at ease. In 2024 he helped me complete my estate plan for myself and my kids. I’m very pleased with his services and HIGHLY RECOMMEND his services.
Daniel Genet is the BEST lawyer for probate! So glad Unbundled Legal Help referred me to him! Everything went exactly as he explained and we completed the process in around 30 days. I would highly not recommend not to use this firm at all. I paid $11,000 to Mr. Genet and paid him ahead most the time as i explained to him I’m a single mom 8 kids and couldn’t afford to pay much as long as I was giving Mr. Genet extra money each time he was super happy as nothing was getting done in my case. The firm puts everything on a “my case portal “ which I highly recommend you copy everything that is loaded right away bc this firm goes in and changes the information and also pricing of what you actually paid as I paid all cash to this firm. My children has a case through child support which he kept trying to add all my kids to the case and get paid for something that was being handled by child support knowing that it was being handled so he could charge me even more for my case which was unnecessary to pay for something already being done.. Mr l. Genet actually resigned from my case bc we was in a disagreement and I would not fork more money to his firm. All we was waiting for was the final court hearing as this case dragged on for 2 years. A text message from the firm and client responding was a $30 charge each time. I can go on and on if you are a single parent I wouldn’t use this firm at all because there not on your side nor do they care about there clients needs they just care that money is going into there pockets. I would even give them one star as they did a messy job…. Without his firms help I was divorced on my own in 2 months. This firm is scandalous.
