If I could give this law firm a zero I would. I decided to go with Dana Law Group after reviewing a list of attorneys given to me by my legal plan. The law firm was supposedly working on my case in January of 2025. In February of 2025, I had my first appointment. I went to the appointment. Zach was supposed to meet with me to sign some paperwork. He never showed up and never called me. I called the office after waiting about 40 minutes. When I spoke with Zach on the phone, he had not even begun to work on my case or paperwork. He rescheduled me for April 2025. I was not able to make this appointment due to a personal emergency. I gave over 24 hours advance notice. I called once I got home and rescheduled my appointment for May 22, 2025. On May 21st, I called the law firm to confirm my appointment. I was told I still had an appointment for May 22nd. I made the appointment on time. Again, Zach stood me up. I received no notification that he would not be keeping the appointment. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I called Dana Law Group. I was told that I needed to reschedule. I told them to destroy whatever paperwork they have and I will be filing a complaint against the firm for complete incompetence.
We recently updated our trust and will utilizing Lyndsey’s service. She was both knowledgeable and courteous. The whole process went smoothly and she answered all of our questions. We will definitely use her service again should we have future needs.
After an initial meeting with Lyndsey Duncan, we chose her to prepare a trust for us. Throughout the entire process she was extremely patient (I tend to ask a lot of questions), efficient, knowledgeable, professional and at the same time personable. We also greatly appreciate all the help she provided regarding other issues! We whole hardheartedly recommend Lyndsey!!!
