Dan Rudloff, an attorney based in Bowling Green, Kentucky, has received mixed reviews from clients regarding his legal services. While some individuals have criticized his professionalism, communication skills, and responsiveness, others have noted his ability to handle cases effectively and his caring nature towards clients. Overall, the feedback suggests that potential clients should conduct thorough research before deciding to hire him, as experiences can vary significantly.
I would absolutely leave zero stars if it were an option. We were referred to Dan by someone we trusted. He spent over two hours on the phone small talking with my disabled mother & advised her of all items he would handle. When I directed her to check in with him and verify it was complete he advised her she was supposed to do it. I’ve heard both sides of all conversations so I took over the call to explain what he advised her initially. He hung up on me after explaining how busy and overwhelmed he is. Absolutely hire ANYONE else. He wants to attach his name to your case in hopes he gets a cut of back paid funds, etc. but require a disabled person that knows nothing about the law to handle it herself and quite frankly he was more than rude and disrespectful when he was questioned for an update that items were complete. Indeed they are not done.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with this “lawyer” He is money hungry. Will drain you of every penny then do absolutely nothing in court but stay on his phone or keep his head down. Absolutely pathetic excuse of a lawyer.
Comments are true he can be nicer but Rudloff accepted my case when other lawyers did not want to and he was able to help me beat my case
