I paid for this guy to handle my wife’s custody case. He ignored her and didn’t even show up to a court date. We got tired of it so hired another lawyer and when the lawyer looked in to the case he found out that whitney coyne lied about two motions he filed. The man didn’t even file the motions. My wife almost lost custody of her children due to this man’s lies.
VERY HARD to get a hold of even during business hours, and WAITS UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE if not longer to prepare witnesses you provide and important information for your case. Hired Whitney for a restraining order as well as domestic abuse charges involving the same person. Told upfront taking care of the situation(s) with person to be handled was $5000. After ONLY FILING the injunction he refused to do any further without further pay, even to just move for contempt of court when my restraining order was violated!!!! Overpriced and absolutely not worth it. Paid 5k for something SPARC could’ve done for free and was left feeling abandoned when I asked for help involving the same case. Not aggressive in court, I was verbally attacked by the defendants lawyer and he never objected or interrupted once on my behalf.
