Cortney recently helped me with my auto accident in which I was hit from behind while temporarily stopped on an icy snow covered road in NW Canton. Unfortunately, the 18 year old driver was unable to show proof of insurance or his driver license. The case/claim is still in it’s early stages and my long time insurance company was giving me indications that my insurance rates were going to increase and that my formerly unblemished driving record would now have an incident documented. Considering my high deductible and all facts involved, i felt my insurance company was not representing me well while at the same time was going to “financially punish” me in a “no fault of my own accident”………THIS is when I indirectly came into contact with Cortney.
