We were very pleased with Jeremy and his staff. They were all very friendly and explained everything and answered all our questions.

My wife and I were recently dealing with a VERY stressful and time sensitive situation. It’s a very long story, and the details truly do not matter. What truly matters is that we called the offices of Copeland & Brown and an amazing lady named Kim answered the phone. She transferred us to another amazing individual & attorney named Nathan Gurley. This is the day before Thanksgiving mind you. And through my frustration, anxiety and anger caused by the situation we were dealing with, I tried my best to explain what was going on. And even though I know my explanation of our situation was not clear to say the least. Mr. Gurley knew exactly what I was trying to explain. He repeated everything back to me perfectly, and explained what steps we should take going forward to protect ourselves legally. He was kind, attentive and thorough. We are beyond thankful for the help and time given to us by Kim and Mr. Gurley that day. Thank you to both of you! People like you make the world a better place. And I truly mean that.
