3500 dollars payed to Paul bayless, for no services. Showed up on my first court appearance ( late ) as I was talking to the judge without him. As a standard he got my case continued out 6 months. Called to find out what was going on with my case ( at least 20 times over the 6 months with no communication ) he appeared at my sentence hearing only for me to receive 3 years probation… Piss poor representation. Not sure about cooper, but I would say birds of a feather flock together. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! DO BETTER cooper bayless

I retained Mark for the first time in 2021 because of a dispute where a auto mechanic shop stole the motor out of my truck and I had to file suit against them. The owner ended up passing away so it jumbled things but eventually got back on track. The case dragged on for years because Mark was not pursuing things as he should have. The new owner (wife of previous owner) was able to sell the company without paying a dime to me because Mark failed to file the proper paperwork to prevent such from occurring. I was charged hundreds of dollars in fees over the course of 3 tears for nothing.
