I would have (Woody Warner) recommended Jim prior to last year because he was very helpful with my will and my trust. But I tried to contact him last year numerous times and he didn’t answer nor did he call me back. Frankly I suspected he had passed away; and am still not sure that he hadn’t. We moved to Florida three years ago and needed to update everything. Since we couldn’t contact him we are now working with a more reliable attorney in the Tampa area. He was the second attorney in the central Ohio area who I trusted and let me down. I need an attorney who my heirs can contact when necessary upon my passing.
