I find them unreliable n don’t return calls. Been caught n numerous lies. Told me it take 3 months it’s been 10. So no not very good. Go else’s were. Because only way u going to get any information unless u go n and spend a couple 100s dollars. I would not recommend go else were. I had hope now it’s just dread having to deal with these people. N all they do is take money n make u wait for years. I’m done waiting on them to do something. If couldn’t handle the job. They could have told me n I would have gone else were. Because it’s still not done.u want me to say something good. GIVE ME SOMETHING GOOD TO SAY. I will be back with the rest of my review. Let’s see how much longer this shit is going to take. the legal aid got working n there said need appointment to sign papers n lawyer said didn’t need appointment. She just trying to jack price up buy telling me need appointment. Theses people don’t even no what there doing.Do not believe the legal aid. She’s very vindictive n tried to pull some bull shit that would have cost me money. Go directly to the lawyer. She’s just vindictive. I pay to talk to the lawyer n not some stupid legal aid. Out for vengeance
Depends about appointment. I went without an appointment but I just needed a deed redone. The receptionist was very nice. Took my information and said they would call in about a week…
Mr Coles Secretary is not very reliable when it comes to doing her job. She does not follow through with return calls, messages, or scheduling appts. It’s been 4 wks and still have heard nothing back, I have called and called, left messages and still nothing. Finally after 4 wks I talked to Mr Cole and he told me his Secretary would call and schedule an appt. And….. not the first call. Word of mouth goes along way Mr. Cole and for someone that has been around for years, you obviously don’t value your clients anymore. because, if you did you would make sure your staff is doing their job correctly. Ignoring future clients will not help your business. HIGHLY unsatisfied! Very poor Customer Service!!
