This man is a thief. He was hired strictly to do a deposition he asked for a 5k retainer then an additional 1k. He filed the deposition on the wrong case then did not have the professionalism to own his mistake, he let that fall on his secretary. Still yet to have the deposition that he was hired to do. He has then sent another bill claiming he is owed 3100. He claims he bills at 380 an hour it took him half an hour to read a three sentence email. He is a black eye on the legal profession.
If I could give zero stars I would. Continually asks for money. You know he’s a real dud when you change lawyers and every legal entity involved in your case on any side for, against or neutral tells you you’ve made a much better choice in representation and things Mr. Cole told you wouldn’t happen start happening! Run away from this man he’s all hat no cattle!
