My daughter, Natalie Asport and I were referred to Clint Moore, Esq. from the attorney general’s office and the Florida Bar Association due to an insurance claim we filed during Hurricane Ian. As of today, we have not received the funds awarded to repair our roof due to the roofers alleging that Natalie had signed a contract during the claim. We found out that the roofers forged her signature, and we reached out to the attorney general’s office for assistance as the attorney handling our claim revealed a conflict of interest with the roofers. We reached out Mr. Moore and he gave us awesome advice on how to deal with this matter. If we would not be able to do it on our ow, Mr. Moore would be ready to help us out as his representative. Through his guidance, we resolved the issue and negotiated with the roofers of course with a portion to be released to them and soon we can begin repairs when the funds are received.
