I can not in good conscience recommend this firm for custody cases. Their billing manager is incompetent. She has sent me other people’s invoices with their personal information. Additionally the representation that I received by Sarah was downright embarrassing. She didn’t even speak during my hearing and let the opposing party’s attorney make false claims in open court with no objections. I submitted so many documents of evidence and they did not submit any prior to my hearing. They continuously say I have an outstanding balance when they’ve done no work on my case or anything that I’ve asked them to do. I initially had a good experience with Cherese on a previous case but it went down hill quickly. I was asked for more money three weeks ago. Paid it and still received an outstanding balance email today. I’m over it. If you’re going to be blood hounds for money than do the work! That’s it that’s all. People work too hard for their money to get bare minimum results.
I had a very positive experience with this firm while assisting a family member. Everyone I spoke to was the absolute picture of professionalism, respect and curtesy. I would absolutely utilize them in the future if needed.
