Petty charge turns into making it difficult to get jobs now. Where is the justice in that? Plus you have to wait 5 years to get expungements. These people are what’s wrong with America. Once a person serves time, fines sentence fees etc. should not be allowed to have things carried on over their head. Indiana far worse than KY. By any means never take these plea deals these people offer. Public defenders are playing into the prosecutors hands. Try to stick it to you. Smh. Vote Mull out of prosecuting attorney asap!
I think it’s awesome how crummy your office is to folks trying to address a problem! ANYONE going to vote next election vote these people out, what a disgrace to the constitution these folks are from the ladies working behind the glass to the prosecutors themselves! VOTE JEREMY MULL OUT!
