Incompetence at it’s best. I would steer clear of this firm. They are atrocious and their support staff are horrendous.
So the new office person Crystal Green is the rudest paralegal I have ever talked to. I only ask if they helped with taking landlords to court and she got defensive for some reason and said no and abruptly hung up on me. I called back a few hours later on my wife’s phone to see if she just was not having a good moment to spend time helping me or she is flat out rude. So the second phone call I asked if her legal team helped with potential felonies and she said she was not sure but the website clearly says so after I went to the website after the first call. Money is not an issue for me. The lawyer lost out on even having a chance to consult me and take a retainer fee let alone represent me because I will not do business with someone who’s basic unprofessional receptionist is rude BOTH times I called. The second time i called I’m guessing she recognized my voice and swore at me and hung up AGAIN. Mind you I was wanting him to represent me on multiple situations $. Oh well. My advice is to fire Crystal Green ASAP!
This guy is a joke! He is a waste of time! Always calling sick!!!! Literally rescheduled court 4 times!!!!! The worst ever!!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS JOKE of a man YOUR MONEY!
