I called for an appointment for simple letter for a water issue I was having. Went to the appt only to find they will not write a letter. THey wanted me to put a 4K retainer for a simple letter! I paid my $100 consult fee for 7 minutes of which i could have been told PRIOR to the appt. The front secretary was very nice. I said “I ain’t doin’ that.” Crazy!
