I really do try to avoid posting negative reviews. This firm handles my grandfather’s estate and trust. The first (and only to date) distribution was made in July 2024. It is April 23, and my family and I are still waiting for our K-1 forms to be filed with our 2024 taxes. We were originally told we would receive them in Quarter 1. I call constantly to see where the forms are and there is no update. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are charging us everytime we contact them about the missing K-1 forms. I would not recommend this firm as they seem to have a caseload they can’t handle.
We needed a family estate plan. Worked with Lisa to custom build a family trust to meet of needs and ensure our wishes to distrube our assets when the time comes. Lisa was excellent, patient and a good communicator! Greatly appreciate the time taken to get to know us and throughly address all our questions, issues and concerns.
