Never! Mr. Carlson Stated that (disabled) people can be forced to wear masks if it is mandated.That is simply Wrong! The American with disabilities act disagrees it clearly states: No business may deny you service because you refuse to wear a mask violation punishable by 75,000 federal fine. Requires reasonable accomodations to anyone who cannot wear a mask due to a medical condition. You cannot be forced to disclose any medical condition. Your medical history is protected by the 5th amendment. The 1st, 4th, and 14th amendments clearly protect your rights. There is also a Minnesota statute that bans face covering and masks. He’s a lawyer and he has no idea about the bill of rights or the constitution. That is disconcerting!
