I was in the middle of a UD case with my landlord when he decided to stop practicing law. He recommended I use this firm. I retained them as a consultant. They told the court they were representing me. I didn’t find out until the court clerk told me I had an attorney representing me. My former attorney handed over the case file to this firm to get them up to speed on what was going on. It was an entire box filled with evidence against the landlord and privilege communication between my attorney and me. When the opposing attorney asked for production, these guys gave them the entire box -originals. In the end, I questioned how they knew about private communication between my former attorney and me. That’s when they told me they handover the box. On top of that, they sent me a bill for $35k. I don’t recommend these people. They will destroy your case.
