What a HORRIBLE experience! 1 st of all the girl in the front desk can’t remember her name I know it starts with a Y.. (Yarelis or something like) what a self centered rude person! My 1st time there and the therapist Nuria scheduled both my kids and since my son canceled she ” ASSUMED” that my daughter was not going to her appointment either. She relaid the message to my son for us to reschedule instead of contacting me “The Parent” to let me know what was happening. I left work went home to pick up my daughter and whe I got there that extremely rude girl in the front desk you don’t have an appointment so DON’T even think your daughter is going to be seen! Waisted my time and left work early for no reason . Oh but they are strict about their appointments not being canceled but how about my time? That important to me and the fact the my daughter wasn’t seen. Well I guess everything happens for a reason because I don’t want UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE like this to deal with my daughter’s mental health!
