Bryant wesley not only got the CASE dismissed but he worked fast and was definitely determined to make sure I wasn’t going to be out thousands of dollars. He did his research and made it clear that it was a gap in filing and I can’t be charged! I appreciate you more than anything because this has been such a high weight lifted off my life. If you need someone who is more than willing and determined Mr. Wesley is YOUR GUY! I appreciate you Mr. Wesley! Thanks again!
Wes has been transparent about everything dealing with our case. He even went as far as to tell us how to try to resolve it ourselves without ever asking for a dime during our first consultation because he knew this was a bogus case. We ended up having to hire him as our attorney and it was the best decision. He did exactly what he said he would do and was very professional. Definitely recommend Wes Bryant as the attorney to hire if any legal troubles come your way. Thank you again to Wes and his team.
Wesley insisted we move our hearing from Juvenile to Chancery that way the judge could hear the long history of domestic violence from my exhusband. He promised this would take two to four weeks max. Part of this decision was based on claims that the GAL (Jack West) “spoke to my brother” however this was some random person my ex put him in touch with and not my brother at all. My brother is a Marine and was based in Poland at the time on active duty, no one spoke to him and there would have been no reason to. Wesley was made aware of this but insisted moving to chancery was the best option, so everything could be heard. It made sense but I had no idea his promise of two to four weeks was not possible. Apparently it takes six months to get a custody hearing.. However this gave my ex the ability to cancel court dates and refuse to set. Now the case has dragged out THREE YEARS without a single custody hearing. This is the most tragic thing my children and I have ever experienced. Unfortunately Wesley made this possible.
