I called this firm and immediately Matt took my call and heard my story, he gave me a free consultation about my situation. Matt Dougherty saved the purchase of our dream home. Only 4 days before the closing of our new home we were notified that the title company would not sign off on the purchase because of marital status concerns with the home seller. We didn’t know where to turn and we’re recommended to call Matt by a friend. I spoke with Matt on the phone and asked him to help.
