Bad experience. Mostly they are unresponsive and unorganized. Worked directly with Brown, who couldn’t comprehend simple things. Stay away. We made an agreement, I paid him, 30 days later, nothing was done, and they are going to give me money back and said I should find a different lawyer. The only thing I asked is they write a letter on my behalf, probably something a higher schooler could do. Very unprofessional. They knew my case was time sensitive and if they couldn’t do the job in a reasonable amount of time, they should not agree to take it. Basic stuff in the professional world. If you want very unprofessional, work with Brown. Record all your conversations with these guys.
Was referred to this firm by ARAG Legal and we were able to successfully defend a traffic ticket. Mr. Crenshaw and his team were supportive with the process of working through the Legal system, would recommend.
