I called on a Tuesday with important news and a important question. I was told Mr Murphy was on the phone and would call me right back. I waited until Friday (since no one called not even an assistant) to have them explain to me why it took so long to get back to me .. Mr Murphy called and said he told me that he doesn’t call back that I shouldn’t be calling him ! I asked if he didn’t want me as a client to let me go he then said fine… I guess if you are going to use this firm do not get upset and do not call the attorney that you are going to use it must be beneath him to take important calls … p.s. I’m a brand new client that didn’t know what to do with sertan records… very disappointing and just found out that his assistant was off the week I didn’t know….
