I called to pay my bill in full and they wouldn’t let me until the sheriff sent over the summons fee. Pathetic. I could of paid what was owed and then could of payed what was left. I’m physically coming to pay ASAP So they can’t continue to put me off. They’re playing games

I was misinformed multiple times on the details, time frames and expectations for my case and was getting bounced back and forth between them and the hr payroll of my employer. I felt my case was mishandled without much care, dragging of the feet, and incompetence with the communications between the two parties that lead to much unnecessary confusion and surprises where I had to step in and force them to do their jobs correctly. Would dread these people handling anything important, like my finances or my livelihood within my life ever again.
