We have had excellent experiences working with multiple staff team members at Boralov Osman LLC. We found Peter Osman to be very knowledgeable, and able to explain the process of rewriting our wills, creating a Living Trust, POA for finances and health care in language we could understand. He is warm, calm, patient and reassuring even when having to explain and reexplain things to us and to answer all of our questions, many more than once. His staff are equally professional, responsive and supportive. They return calls and answer emails quickly and provide additional assistance and information we didn’t’ ask for but they knew would be helpful to us. Their customer services is excellent at every level. Peter is an experienced estate attorney but he also is an eldercare attorney. He has worked well with our financial advisor to put together an appropriate and individualized transition to a Living Trust.
