No results after over promise. Overall waste of time and money. Don’t believe what Susan says – she will not put in the work and will use “lawyer speak” to almost threaten you to work with her. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Susan repeatedly lost my phone number. She would make appointments with me and then not keep them. When discussing my case, she confused me with a different case she was handling and discussed details of that case with me. She was quick to give up, repeatedly, and I needed to redirect and coach her on legal principles to apply to my case. All around a negative experience, without any outcome, nor hustle.
The best legal experience ever without any doubt. Susan is so efficient, quick, to the point, supportive and really smart. She was able to guide me through the process of leaving a job with the best timing of steps to take, including dealing with my disability , modalities of resignation, and successful exit. She established a strong, firm, assertive, resolute communication with my employer’s legal team. Susan was very financially responsible, using time on the phone carefully, and in the same time sensitive to my needs.
