Blanchard Collins Law Firm, LLC, located in Atlanta, Georgia, is highly regarded as a premier family law attorney service. Clients consistently praise Aisha Blanchard Collins for her professionalism, compassion, and unwavering dedication to the best interests of children, even in challenging situations. Many reviewers highlight her thorough communication, legal expertise, and supportive approach, making her a trusted advocate during difficult family law matters.
Aisha is extremely professional. She lovingly represents her clients (the children) and their best interest. Even in highly contentious situations, her focus is on what is best for the kids. She schedules multiple visits with the children. She talks to therapists, teachers, doctors and parents. I wouldn’t want anyone else representing my kids!
My partner and I have worked with Ms. Collins twice to address family law case issues. The first time (about 12 years ago) she helped us gain sole legal custody of our son; she helped us to understand how to navigate the professional and the interpersonal aspects of working with judicial officers, judges, and a court appointed Guardian Ad Litem. This year she helped us reach a settlement agreement for a modification case with our child’s other biological parent. The modification case resulted in a win-win for both sides while putting into place firm parameters for ensuring that the best interests of our son were at the forefront of the final written settlement agreement to be approved by the presiding judge. I hope we will not need additional assistance with family law issues in the future; however, if so, I will definitely retain Ms. Collin’s legal services once again. She is a top notch family law attorney who can provide solid advice about how best to resolve a family law legal case.
I do agree with some of the other comments that Aisha show bias to fathers as a GAL. She accused me of lying after our initial interview then quietly before the hearing apologize when she find the notes from our conversation in her unorganized notebook. While I do take responsibility for accepting poor counsel in case, Aisha’s unfair opinion of me set the downward path for my case way before the final order was given. As a mother who has had my relationship with my son destroyed by a person who felt it was more important to favor “Track and Field” during the summer than my son having needed time with his mother and family, it’s important that I give this review.
