I hired Adam to form an LLC for me and what I would consider to be a semi complex partnership agreement. I found the billing and the service to be more than acceptable. Based on my experience I highly recommend Lukins and Annis for entity formations.

I hired an attorney who worked at another firm but he moved to Lukins and Annis at some point. I only hired him based off of a family friend recommendation and had to fire him. After many thousands of dollars no lawsuit was ever filed and they kept billing me. To this day they keep billing me. I tried to work something out but since I gained NOTHING from their representation except thousands of dollars of billings, I refused to pay the final bill.
