I began consulting with Russell in January 2020 to draft a letter to my ex urging him to comply with our divorce decree. With the pandemic and his military responsibilities, Russell became unresponsive to emails, calls, and other attempts at communication. His assistant, Sheri Throop, was left to cover for him. In April the letter was finally sent. In a hearing that Russell was supposed to represent me, I walked into the office only to find that Russell had a family emergency and Sheri was going to represent me. It was very clear, and she even stated, that she had never defended a case like mine. It was also clear that she didn’t know the facts of my case. The hearing was a disaster and Sheri was incapable of defending me in a case where the opposing party represented themselves with my “ex” as her only witness. The amount of money spent for the poor quality of representation is disappointing.
Russell is my children’s guardian ad litem. He has done a great job for them. He is an excellent and fair lawyer.
I recommend this lawyer very fair pricing and works hard for his clients…
