This firm offers services for Bankruptcy but was desperate enough to assist on a matter regarding a restraining order. How sad are you, you aren’t even a criminal attorney but extended your services to a defendant who needed to fill out a response to a restraining order just to try and make a few bucks?! WOW!! The party was not served properly, a day before a hearing via email with no court seal is not proper protocol for any legal matter. It must be 5 calendar days or more before a hearing, that’s public knowledge sir and you of all people who took the “bar” should have known that.
