Reached out via their website on 4/10 since they’re included in my husband’s legal plan. Got a response from an admin the next day 4/11 confirming legal plan #. I asked 4/12 if they needed anything else and admin said no, they would let me know if they had availability to take my case in two business days and she sent the info to the WA office. It’s 4/19 and I never received any response via email or phone. Admin was super nice but I guess WA office is too busy to respond. My issue was time sensitive, would have been nice to know if they couldn’t help so I could move on.

Very helpful until they find you are part of MetLife Legal Plan then they drop you, even if your case is worth thousands of dollars. Suggestion: move on if you are with MetLife
They weren’t too helpful, said they wanted the right lawyer for me.. but again I don’t think they listen to me. The case I got involves a lot of money and cut and dry. But no lawyers seems to want to listen to me.. they’re lost

Avoid if using legal insurance (e.g., MetLife). I reached out to Lyda initially who told me the requested service was not covered by legal insurance. I contacted my legal insurance provider who confirmed my insurance did cover requested services. Lyda then waited 3 days to tell me that they were unable to render services (writing a simple demand letter). Waste of time.
They ghosted us after being in contact for some time.
