Not help full. Lady in the both didn’t really care what I had to say, just gave me a scan card. Yes she did print out for me some paperwork. But she needs training in deal with us asking questions not judging me. I hope you help this employee out before she gets fired. Thank you.

Non Cus. Parent in $100,000 in arrears. Office is aware and does NOTHING ABOUT IT! Document everything. Get it in writting!!! They lie and make you jump through hoops WITH NO RESULTS! You will go to court and the other party won’t! Then they drop it. Good luck, you won’t get child support enforcement from them! HIRE A LAWYER

Calling is always a dread. The wait time can go up to 30 mins but positive note, once your call has started they address everything fairly quick so your actual phone time lasts about less than 5 mins

Most times you get a lot of misinformation but when you get the one person who knows more about the job they solve everything so sometimes you need to call back and talk to multiple people don’t give up if one rep doesn’t have a solution

On hold for over an hour only to be told they can’t do anything even though I haven’t received payment since June. This place is a a joke. If you have the money get attorney and go about that way. This place won’t help and won’t do anything to make the other parent pay. He hasn’t seen his kid in over 10 years and hasn’t been paying but has been posting vacations and how busy he is with work.

Sat there for one hour waiting on the so called virtual conference. This place and their new concept stinks. Are these agents so special that we the people cannot see or talk Wirth them on a one to one basis!!! How sad and annoying this divivision has become.

My son has had my grandson for 10 months now. He’s been calling to update info.because they were still giving child support to the mom even though she didn’t have the child. It takes forever to get a hearing and today they confused my son by asking if he had an attorney. Well it’s not a custody hearing. Just simple updates. Why not inform him. I think there is discrimination against fathers. I never heard of a mother having these problems.

Called about receiving mail addressed to an unknown person. Associate handling my call was very polite, professional and I was given instructions on returning the mail. She also changed information in their system to prevent any further mail from being delivered to our address.
