We had a consultation with Daniel Herrin. This man was rude, over-talked us, and we couldn’t get a complete sentence out without him interrupting us. When we tried to complete a sentence he just got louder and louder, just steam rolling anything we had to say. We have a legitimate fraud case that is affecting our credit and he didn’t want to hear any of it. Super disappointed in what a jerk this guys is. We basically hung up on him and moved on!

Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I was repeatedly placed on hold or ignored, and to this day, I have not received a call back or any resolution.

I highly recommend Herrin Law to as many people that I can. In 2021, my partner lost his job while I was on maternity leave. This was also the time the snowstorm hit Dallas, and I was out of power for a week. Due to significant damage to my apartment, they terminated my lease early and I had to move. All the money we had went to moving so bills that were deemed not important got put on the back burner. After I was done with maternity leave, I was trying to get back on track, but it was too far gone at that point.

Professional, friendly service during a very difficult time.

ZERO regard for anyone’s time. It’s 10:15am and I had a phone conference scheduled for 10 and nobody has called me, nobody is answering the phone. This is not the first time this has happened. It seems like every single appointment I have, they are late by 10-15 minutes or I don’t get a phone call at all!!! I paid $3,000 for this. I expect you attorneys and staff to be TIMELY.

I’m very disappointed and regretted that I used Herrin Law. I paid thousands of dollars to take some actions to my case, but I unfortunately didn’t see any progress with Herrin Law. I had to make an action by myself and actually made some progress. Good amount of money was wasted.

I have found the communication to be poor at best. They will return your calls and messages until you have paid and then you are left on your own for my perception. I have not gotten information that I needed nor have any of my questions been answered. Bankruptcy is a hard time for people like me to go through and I did not feel supported.
