Hands down the worst experience ever staff does not seem to care. The law firm will never get in contact with you for updates they let months pass by without telling you the status of there case. It’s been 5 years and they still have not settled my cases

this is by far the worst experience! first I made an appointment went in on time and mid conversation the secretary came in and told the paralegal I was talking to that she had a phone call so she cut me short and told me she would give me a call back. (Which I find very very rude since I made my appointment she should of respected my time and made the person on the phone wait or have them come in like I did) anywho she never called back, since this case is very important for me I kept calling her and she kept telling me she would call me back. I called her again and told her I only had 3 more day to respond if not I would loose my case, she then proceeded to lie to me and told me she did give me a call back on Tuesday and that’s not true I have 0 missed called from Tuesday. At the end she didn’t resolve anything and here I am struggling and my court is only in 3 days. No other attorney is gonna take my case last minute, that’s what I get for being so trustworthy and putting my hopes up with this lawfirm. Definitely do not recommend.

They need to get their staff organized. They take their time and don’t ever return phone calls. My case was passed like a cheap $20 hooked. The lawyer never accepted my request to speak to him. This law office is a complete waste of time.

This is worse law firm I had business with and it SUCKED. They got 2 times the amount of my settlement. After deducing all the money going to their so called therapist and so on I got very little. I always had to check the outcome of my case and “They’ll call you back”. Never received a call They didn’t know about my 3 dislocated disc until I told them and that was more then 2 months after the agreement. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LAW FIRM . More of a big building showing then dealing with their clients. BIG MISTAKE.

Front desk was kind and respectful. But the paralegal Patricia was unprofessional. I called her Thursday about my problem she told me she was going to call me that afternoon and nothing. I tried to talk to her every day and she avoided my call saying she was busy or she will call me back but never do it. I’m done. I have almost a week trying to talk to her and nothing. Definitely looking for another attorney. Don’t waste your time.

This office is very unprofessional and very unorganized. It seems 2 years isn’t enough to atleast give information about the case to thier clients. You are left in the dark until it’s time to sign documents. Also, the “case managers” seem to be ignorant of the law and unaware what information they can provide a client. When information is requested they do not respond in a timely manner or use excuses to avoid being questioned on thier methods of practice.
