If could give Ms Wester more than 5 stars I would. I’m not a religious fanatic, but the Lord knew what I needed for a lawyer when I found her. She really does care for her clients. She fought hard for me and my kids in my divorce process. She’s tough and doesn’t take crap. I needed that. She did not disappoint. Her, assistant, Crystal was very helpful and was on top of things. If you want a good, straightforward lawyer, Mrs. Wester is your woman, her and her staff are amazing. I had to hire her to increase his child support and instead of going after him for everything he had, she got us a really good mediator to oversee our conversations. She wanted to help us co parent better and do what was best for the kids. She is very matter of fact, might not be what you want to hear like some lawyers will tell you. But everything she told me would happen. It did. She really helped as a lawyer to not just get his child support increased but helped us co parent better. Highly suggested

I would be thrilled to recommend her to anyone. Quality, honesty, and passionate!

I was referred to Debra by a family friend when seeking counsel for a divorce involving child custody issues. “Salty but effective” was the wording used to describe her to me.

I would NOT recommend this woman. She is all about money and not what is best for the client. That was my take anyways after the initial consultation. My sister went to her for a consult (i have four sisters) I was not allowed in the room for the $200 consultation my sister paid for and of course all my sisters questions did not get answered because no one was allowed in there with her. I was kicked out before the meeting ever began and told my presence violated attorney client privledge, not sure how that parlays into a family court matter but whatever. My sister has been a nervous wreck and as anyone going thru the shock of divorce, needed her support system and a person who could ask all the questions she forgot about. 15 minutes of the consult (about $50 is what it amounts to) was wasted on Ms Wester spewing her credentials. Sure enough on minute 60 my sister was promptly booted out of the room as Ms Wester wasn’t about to go a minute over her $200/hr consult. Her retainer is $7K for family court then she bills out at $400/hr. I’m sure this is necessary to pay for her plastic surgery in which her face reveals she has an addiction too. Wasn’t sure if it was that or she was suffering anaphylactic shock by bee stings. My sister found her to be very uncaring and rude. She may be great in court but from all looks and appearances she isn’t in it to help people it’s more about the money. We decided to go with the first attorney we talked to, the one who acted like he actually had kindness and compassion in his soul.

Unorganized..I feel Debra got schooled about law matters very badly… 1000% wouldn’t use her again for anything..Could not be more disappointed in an Attorney..Borderline Malpractice.

Ms. Wester knows the law and is very compassionate. Best of all she’s a barracuda in the courtroom. I appreciate her determination.
