In one of the most difficult Eras of my life; I called to get some information from Mr. Phan to see if my issue was something he could even help my self and my husband with. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. Suggested that I do the research to even see if our issue was something he handled…. How do you retain an attorney if they cannot even tell you if they can help with the issue you need help with. There are very few attorneys in Texas that help with Trade licensing law; this guy advertises that he does…. His web site also says “free consultations”. How can you get a consult when the guy won’t discuss an issue with you unless you “retain him “ to even say if he can help
