Best lawyer around…

My own personal experience with this attorney is not a good one. Im sure he used to have what it takes but age and poor life decisions cause and effect this mans integrity. I was told to take off 3 days of work to be at a hearing that was never scheduled. It’s obvious he wasted my time on purpose. His client has been in jail for over18 months and not seen a judge yet! .won’t lower the bond or schedule a source hearing. I’ve written to the board of responsibility but doubt anything will be done. Its like Upchurch is the prosecutor not the defense.

Ms Loretta is the nicest most helpful person. I keep praying for everyone who works here and for the people who Mr Upchurch represents!!

He wasn’t in court the day I had court. His assistant knew nothing about my case. I paid this man a thousand dollars to show up and help me. I got neither..

This guy was hired to represent my mother my aunt and uncle. My mom passed away so it her part was left to me and my two brothers and this law firm mailed us several letters giving us updates then when this land was sold we was told the money would be sent to us in Feb of this year. Well just received checks in August and mine was addressed to me had my name in the letter and on the envelope but they wrote the wrong name on the check. I contacted them and sent it back and I explained there mistake to the receptionist and they still didn’t admit a mistake and still have not talked to the lawyer himself. They been given me the run around because of there mistake. All they had to do was correct it seeing how they had my name correct on the letter and the envelope but then wrote the check with a first name out of thin air but with the correct last name. Had to be done on purpose. When u write a check u look at the names listed when u write it. This first name they put on check was no where in our case at all. Had to be done on purpose. Getting sick of them giving me the run around instead of fixing there mistake. Do NOT USE THIS LAWFIRM.
