To use Andrew Tucker as an attorney, you would have to first get another attorney to draw up an airtight contract, to prevent him from stealing from you. In all other law practices, and similar businesses, an hourly rate is given and a detail balance sheet is kept showing how many hours are worked and how those hours were used. Tucker takes money, and keeps no record of anything. This is a clear sign of an attorney that is committing fraud. Then he just stops answering calls. With this office, get used to leaving unanswered messages. His office staff is purposefully kept ignorant, and are just there to help him avoid his clients. I would be ashamed to work for “man”. If you read this and give this man money anyway, then you deserve to have your money stolen.

The Executive Assistant, Cheryl Walker, is amazing. We are out of state but needed someone in Dayton to take care of some legalities for us there. She handled everything in a professional and timely manner. Would definitely recommend this law office.

After paying him $1600 he never filed the first paper for me in my divorce. Cost me custody of my kids and five years later I still don’t have divorce papers!! Worst attorney ever!!

Attorney Tucker spent a lot of time going over our civil case, both in his office and in court. He was up front with what we should expect and extremely knowledgeable. When we went to trial he did a great job and we ended up with a fair settlement. Best of all he exposed the guy who ripped us off as the serial cheat he is.

This is the worst possible attorney anyone could retain. The staff doesn’t know anything they are talking about. I have been lied to on multiple occasions by the staff and Andy Tucker is never available to speak to anyone. They should either get their act together or lock the doors. If I could give a negative rating, I would.

Totally ripped me off took 7 years to get a 25,000$ claim I only recover 4,600 of it
