Name change went well. Tiffany and her staff were easy to work with- efficient, pleasant, and sensitive to my requests. I am thankful for the service they provided.
I went and paid over 1,000 to get my sons last name changed. Months went my I called to check on it. I got told it may take a while. Few more months past again I got told my take over year. We’ll it’s been over a year and I get a call from vital records saying it was not even put on the paper for his name to be changed. Then call them about it and get told we have to resign papers. Ok understandable. But I go to ask her front lady at the desk a question about it and before I can even finish my question she rudely pops out at me THEY made a mistake. I just don’t understand. I walked in at the beginning telling them I want his name changed and I wait over a year just to get told it wasn’t even in the papers. So now I am going to be waiting again..

We met with Tiffany just after my mother-in-law died and gave her all of the information needed for her estate, as well as conservatorship of my minor, disabled sister-in-law. The paperwork was not done correctly and required additional hearings which cost more money. There was little to no communication and no clear communication for sure. She could not even give us a statement of what had been paid and what hours she worked on our cases when we requested that. Her secretaries are incredibly rude, especially Ms. Willson. We have had multiple court dates and deadlines that we knew nothing about. Court times were changed with very little warning that caused a huge amount of upheaval for our family. Overall, the worst experience I have had with an attorney. I’m filing a complaint with the Bar Association this afternoon because I’m certain that she has not used all of our retainer. Horrible experience.
