Fire next door to my apt, damage done to the walls and doors to my apartment. The response time to fix these issues was more than I can ask for. I am able to move back in days rather than weeks. I would give 6 stars but only 5 available. Team Parasole stepped up in a big way. Gr8 job
Thanks again, Ax

Then I ran across a unit I really liked and got connected to Parasole Properties. They had a lot of units available and I’m happy to have gotten my place through them. I have to say hands down this place is the BEST. My mom is moving from NY to PA and Raymi at Parasole Properties was so accommodating and professional. I gave the details of what I was looking for for my mom and without hesitation she made it happen. Thank you sooo much for making my moms transition so easy and most importantly so warm and caring from your part. Everyone should take note on how this was done because I am sooo grateful to have worked with them. Thank u again. I’ll definitely call you when It’s my turn.
Es la primera vez que alquilo una propiedad por medio de Parasole Property y ha sido una experiencia muy gratificante, Raymi me acompañó en todo el proceso resolviendo a la mayor brevedad posible todas mis dudas y mis necesidades, 100% recomendables.
I am a tenant at one of the properties managed by Parasole. I’ve had nothing but attentiveness and fast responses! My move in process was easy and they made sure damages from last tenants were corrected before my move in. I have no complaints and I am so happy here!
I actually had the property management owner come to check out a problem himself and he was great! Really nice down to earth guy! All the guys that helped get things together here were awesome. Keep up the great work guys!
I am a tenant at one of the properties managed by Parasole. They are extremely easy to work with and their turn around time with responses is FAST! From the minor issues I’ve experienced the responses were answered within a half an hour and they came out the same day! The property manager actually came out just the other day and he was great. He talked to me and my neighbor explained the problem. The place is absolutely beautiful, my kids and I are happy and we hope to be here for many more years! Thank you Ron for everything!
My wife and I have very much enjoyed our time renting a unit from Parasole Properties. They respond promptly to all our maintenance requests and have even done large-scale renovations to make our property safer. They do not raise rent unexpectedly and are very friendly to communicate with. Some of our friends also rent from Parasole Properties, and they have only had good things to say. You can feel confident renting from Parasole!
