My experience with Melissa (front desk) and Raysa (founder) was nothing short of amazing! These two women have a passion for what they do and no one would deny it. Raysa is extremely intelligent and knowledgable with the immigration process. She worked quickly and proficiently to ensure that my Husband and I were taken care of and everything was in order. She provided a very warm and organized service for us and made our job so much easier. When I wasn’t sure of something, she ensured me, and when I had additional questions, she gave me the answers. This immigration process has been long and dragged out and very confusing, but working with Raysa made everything seem so seamless. Not only is she a pleasant woman, speaking with her gives you such a sense of ease that allows you to trust what she does. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family , along with all of my in-laws as we eventually work to bring the whole family together here in the states. 10/10 would recommend, and as an added bonus she recommended a great place to eat that my husband has already been to TWICE!
