I just went through a home purchase and dealing with Jim Coulter and Nicole was honestly the easiest part of the entire process. The bank was being very meticulous about the paperwork and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them. I highly recommend using these guys, they are very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process and responded immediately any time I had any questions or needed anything.

My company regularly works with this firm for real estate closings, and they are fantastic. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. If you need legal assistance or a title company, this is the place to go.

Jim Coulter has assisted me over many years. Jim is consistently prompt, efficient, considerate and knowledgeable!

Jim Coulter was amazing to work with. He is very professional and courteous which is rare these days. Highly recommended!

I wrote DMKCG asking them for help with estate real estate they were said to be executors of. They didn’t even acknowledge my letter. In fairness to them, they’re probably busy and probably regarded my request as unimportant, not billable, and couldn’t even bother to phone me to say they received my letter. I generally don’t like attorneys and DMKCG didn’t help me improve my attitude. Most businesses fall all over themselves to create goodwill and increase their customer/client base. If one doesn’t do that, it might be because it doesn’t need or want your business and might be a good one to avoid if your money’s involved.

Nice place.

Local “ go to “ Butler title. Great friendly staff.

If possible, I wouldn’t give them one star. I wouldn’t recomment this company. We were given less than 6 hours notice of a closing. When Tiera (their attorney) was questioned her response was “sorry I forgot to inform you”. They were very difficult to work with. Purchasing a home should be an exciting endeavor. Our experience with this company was very unprofessional not to mention frustrating.

Complete and total waste of time. Garbage!

Great place for all your legal needs! Large enough to cover all aspects of the law but still gives you personal attention.
