I hired Alan Perry 3 years ago to file a bankruptcy case for me. As some others posted in their reviews, I was rarely able to talk to Mr. Perry after our 1st meeting and me paying him. If you leave messages with the secretary for him to call back, he doesn’t. If the secretary says SHE will call you back, she doesn’t either. That happened MANY times.

If you want a lawfirm that cares about the best interest of the child and well being of all involved…Alan Perry and his associates are hands down the best! I have the upmost respect for everyone in this firm!

Mr. Perry was invaluable in helping us with our adoption case for my little girl. He put all our concerns at ease. Nothing could have gone more smoothly. 10/10 would return for any legal services we would need in the future.

Very unprofessional. At first he sounds great until you pay him. Him and his secretary are rude. Any questions you ask you’ll get a short answer that really doesn’t answer your question. You are not allowed to call him. You have to leave a message and your call doesn’t get returned. He doesn’t explain anything about the case. He just hands you papers and tells you to sign here while he holds them. I wasn’t even allowed to look them over. He didn’t request my discovery packet that contain evidence, if any to the case, which afterwords found out, there was none. Told me to plea guilty for accessory to a crime I did not know I was involved in and the guy I was supposed to have been an accessory with gets his case dismissed. How do you have an accessory charge when the guy that actually committed the crime gets his case dismissed. So I got two years probation for something I didn’t even do. I honestly feel like I would’ve had better luck representing myself. Do not hire Allen Perry for a criminal defense lawyer.!!

This has been a horrible experience. I am trying to close a probate case and this office has failed miserably to handle it. They do not call you back, they don’t follow through and, after paying for probate, you never speak to the attorney again — even though they haven’t finished the job. So I’m stuck trying to reach an attorney who is never in the office and it is beyond frustrating. If I knew what was the holdup, we could solve it to get this done. But their communication to the client is so poor, you are just left hanging. I recommend you look for someone else to handle probate.

If you want a lawyer who actually cares about you and your family, there is no better attorney i know of. I send anyone who asks for a referal to Alan, and they always report back they’re happy to have hired him. He is our family attorney, we won’t use anyone else

He worked on my case with DHS. He had blown them out of the water. He was super understanding and fought very hard and got our case dismissed. A very dedicated man to his job. And he was very supportive and nice to us. Most importantly he proved his word to us. If you’re looking for a lawyer please contact him. He has to be the best lawyer around Choctaw Nation. He even dismissed a case for me under the Choctaw Nation. Thank you Alan!

This so called lawyer took the money and did NOTHING. Even talked us out of going with choctaw family services. NOT A FAMILY MAN BY NO MEANS. HATE TO SEE HIM AS A FATHER FIGURE FOR SURE. Doesnt even deserve 1 star.

Went to Mr. Perry to probate my mother’s will. Even though it was my first visit with him he was very nice and took time to know myself and family.

If you need legal services in Hugo, this is your man. I got pulled over by a state trooper, who went above and beyond to ruin my vacation night with my girlfriend. Im from Tulsa, which is 2.5 hours away, and not only did Alan Perry make it where i didnt have to appear myself, but also was able to get the tickets dismissed, as the trooper was ridiculous and unnecessarily ticketing me due to the circumstances. Highly recommended. I would hire him again if i ever need to have legal representation in Hugo. Thanks again!
