Never did any work in my case and blamed me for him missing deadlines. Also he never calls, messages, or emails but sends letters in the mail for you to call him. He can hardly use a computer either.

After taking my probate case nothing was filed in six months,no return phone calls.I was told after buying all the paper work that it would be filed at the start of the next week aftet our fourth meeting.After not hearing back for a long time I continued to call with no answe.I was finally able to.get an answer. Aftet all the months of thinking my case was being worked on I was told ‘He was very busy and was not able to file any paper work.He was ‘Snow.baled and did not have the time to help me ‘ He quit with no notice after six months of ‘I am working on it ‘ .i am absoslutly devastated

Terry Flahive takes an apathetic approach to serving as a guardian ad litem. An 8 year journey with my step son, trying just to stay in his life, ended with a death sentence to our relationship. Now, our best hope is that one day our son will reach out wanting to know about his other half of his family.

I would give this guy negative numbers if I could. It has been seven months since the judge ordered him to file the order he made. He was given one month to do so. He doesn’t return messages, emails, or calls! He took our money and hasn’t completed his work YET!

Flahive Terrence is a very old man. He is excellent to consult on any legal matters, but I am not sure if he is the best lawyer one can hire. My son was his past client in a Social Security Supplemental case, which he lost in a Columbus court. But talk to Flahive if you need legal advice….

I was severely dissatisfied withTerrance. He no called no showed on me and my children twice for parent supervision ( should of been fired). He constantly brought up my religion to my attorney in the courts. When I needed him for a problem at home never called me back. I felt as if he charge thousands of dollars to me and my x and never called any of my witnesses. If you have the same problem requests another guardian. Now we will have to go back into court because of him.

I called to inquire about potential representation, but as a courtesy at the beginning of the call I let them know of something incorrect on one of their business listings online and was met with condescension, impatience, and general rudeness. I was then hung up on before I could mention the real reason for my call. I won’t be trying these guys again.
