Google Reviews for Cordell & Cordell – Divorce Attorney Office

Amazing! Cassie Screngi has been a tireless advocate for my child and me! Wish we would have engage her long ago in this process. Highly recommend her!

This review is, specifically, regarding attorney Daniel White, currently practicing within Cordell & Cordell. Let us face it, divorce is an ugly-business, and divorce is expensive, which, naturally, includes all the attorneys thusly practicing. This being said, myself has felt all-along Mr. White, consistently and fairly, did his best at minimizing my billable-hours. Do not misunderstand… should work upon my behalf have been performed, myself was billed, however, all the work performed seemed necessary and relevant, from my own perspective. Beyond this, Daniel White managed to negotiate my divorce-settlement terms within ranges myself is able to afford and still possess some semblance regarding a life. Nothing is rosy during, or following, divorce, however, things could have been, and be, much worse, especially without a dedicated, competent-attorney such as Mr. White working upon my behalf.

Dan was a great Attorney and handled my case perfectly.

A true gentleman who deeply cares about his clients.

Mark is the second attorney to handle my divorce and custody proceedings. I had to fire the first lawyer because my case deteriorated from being a matter of my former spouse and I settling on home sale profit distribution to nearly losing everything a guy can lose in a divorce. However, since retaining Mark Hogan, my case is back on track, and I no longer feel like my ex-wife’s attorney is bullying me. Mark’s professionalism and hard work, which have been instrumental in achieving balance in this case, and are a testament to his dedication and competence. This experience has taught me the importance of experienced representation in family law, and Mark has been worth every penny.

Cassie Screngi is amazing to work with! She is responsive and helps make the entire divorce process easier to understand. I would highly recommend her!

After 50plus years of marriage, divorce is horrible. However, I am fortunate to have Cassie Screngi of Cordell & Cordell as my attorney. Her experience and professionalism is unsurpassed as she helps me hurtle through my case.

Ms. Screngi takes care of everything so I don’t have to. Tough when I need her to be and always looks out for my best interest.

Cassie is easily the most competent lawyer I have worked with. In my case she understood the issues that were happening and came up with solutions that made sense. She is excellent at listening and breaking down the facts and the issues so you can get past any emotional response to painful arguments. Would pick her again hands down !!

I highly recommend Cassie. She is knowledgeable and responsive when I called and asked questions. I feel she went above and beyond working through my unusual circumstance.

Cassie Screngi with Cordell and Cordell was extremely helpful in helping me navigate through a major life event. I had a lot of questions and didn’t want to miss a single detail. She was very patient and took the time to make sure I understood the answers. Most importantly, Cassie helped make a very difficult situation manageable. Highly recommended.

Hired them when I discovered custody was going to be an issue and they made sure that it wasn’t. Also helped me lose about 210 pounds of unwanted weight. To be sure, they were on my team all the way and made sure I made good decisions during one of the more difficult times I’ve ever been through. Dan wasn’t afraid to tell me what I needed to hear whether I wanted to or not. It’s been some time since, but with that perspective I am even more grateful. Recommend.

Never fought for me, gave in to everything and aloud it to stretch out over 2 years where I couldn’t afford to fight anymore

Very pleased with services provided by Mark Hogan. Detailed, timely, and great communications. Thanks!

Mark Hogan is great. I’m not only referring to his knowledge and application of the law. He balanced direct answers with compassion and patience. I had many questions, and on multiple occasions spiraled a bit into negative what ifs. He never side-stepped or invalidated how I felt. The law of the thing is absolutely important, and from my perspective, Mark understands the people involved are paramount.
