Laura Drake and her front desk are nothing but rude. Been hung up twice on in the middle of conversation. Received a voicemail from Ms. Drake talking like she began the conversation before the voicemail began assuming what services I needed before even speaking to me. Received a quote not even haven spoken to anyone there yet and I called and they said they just assumed what I wanted but if I needed to talk to Ms. Drake it would be a couple weeks out. Would NOT recommend. Not professional at all.
