Caroline is kind, professional, skilled, and timely. She has written several real estate contracts for me over the years. Additionally, she created my Will and POA documents. She is down to earth and puts the clients needs and wishes at the forefront while providing highly skilled and professional service. We’ve used their services several times when buying and selling properties. They are great to work with, easy to communicate with, and make the process smooth.

I worked with Carrie when I needed help and educated about some P.O.A. questions. I can say she made it as easy as possible for me!!

Our home burnt down in March 2022. We then sold the property in JUNE in which Garbig Law unfortunately is facilitating that sell. Granted there were some tax liens that held up some of the funds. But the liens have been paid/filed for months yet this firm chooses not to release the last of the funds. This sell was 8 MONTHS AGO!! How does it take 8 MONTHS to close on a property sell?!!? We lost everything in that fire but this firm did not care. They made sure to kick what was left of our dignity. Even our realtor who’s been there every step of the way is shocked at how unprofessional they have been. They are slow, unapologetic and rude. They do not care. If you are looking for an attorney with heart, integrity and ethical treatment this IS NOT the one.

Outstanding local business, everyone is always a delight when I go there. Definitely recommended!
