Our attorney Dutch was absolutely fantastic in helping us resolve a landlord/tenant dispute. He was incredibly responsive and genuinely cared about helping us reach a solution that worked out perfect for us. The result truly would not have been possible without his expertise and commitment.

Very unprofessional. Katie has not returned my call, and when I call shes always on lunch or on a phone call. Never even got to set up an appointment with an attorney. Thank you for helping get my daughter back

I reached out to this office on a Tuesday in regards to a civil summons for my 20 year old brother. They took my information and said they would give it over to a lawyer who would take the case. I understand it’s a process and the lawyers of course have other customer I’m not the only one I get it. The lawyer JW gave me a call Wednesday morning to which I told him he needed to call my brother I was just helping him get a lawyer. As I did not have the information of anything. He said ok I’ll call. He called him Wednesday also and that was it. So when JW called my brother he did not pick up the phone. So on that same day my mother and brother went to the office to speak with the lawyer and to start the process I guess I’ve never done this before. He was not in the office. Thursday rolls around my brother is calling the office the lawyer is not available. I called the very last second of the office still being open. And let the receptionist know like hey we have gotten in contact since Tuesday and he still has not spoken to the lawyer. And Kevin has called back and no one has called him. She then tells me oh yeah we have called Kevin and he has not answer. So she stated several time. I get off the phone with her and call him and ask like hey why are you not picking up the calls you know someone’s going to call. He then tell me I have not gotten any other calls besides the one I missed. So to them several calls mean the call the initially did to me and the call my brother missed. I called them back I’m like you guys only called him once not several times like we need to know if you guys will take the case since court was literally the following week. I left a vm for JW and they didn’t even have the decency to call me back at all. This is the week of the court. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE AT ALL. Like if you cannot take a case why say yes and theyn you are no where to be found.

Returning calls and email was very slow at times. However, the job got done and I was treated well.

Dutch was extremely knowledgeable, down to earth, and felt like one of us. I would receive emails within a very timely manner and within the emails, information was spelled out in great detail.
