BEWARE:SCAM ARTIST! They took advantage of my 81 year old mother. My mom called the firm endlessly for updates and never received guidance or clarification about her case. There was never anyone available to help in either Spanish or English. My mom dealt with this firm for 5 years. They highly recommended my mom get surgery to assist with the case. In the end, the case was settled and they took 1/3 of my mother’s settlement and the other half was claimed to be for thrivest, leaving my poor elderly mother with pennies. I called to request information/ explanation and the secretary had no idea who the lawyer was, who could help me get answers or anything and most likely gave me a fake name. Please STAY AWAY from this firm. They will hustle and scam you as well as steal your money.

After dealing with this law firm for almost a year and NO CALLS and/or interaction with any attorney, just the support staff, I’m told today from a very rude person who answered the phone and did NOT give her name that they dropping the case and I will receive a letter. WAIT WHAT?!! A LETTER!! So NO ONE can call and explain? Meanwhile, I’m still in pain and suffering from the accident! This is very unprofessional.

Went here expecting “gifts for the children and food.” Had people lined up around the corner for this hot mess. CapriSuns and cookies. The audacity. The snacks were inside the gift bag. Smh I know the kids were so disappointed.

My husband has a case since 2013 every time we call they say the same thing that it’s in process . My husband had 2 surgeries due to this accident and therapy . He was hit by a yellow taxi and a truck at the same time . And there’s still no settlement. I’m starting to believe he was scammed.

Bad communication. Worse lawyers that ever existed. I’m horribly dissatisfied with this place. Hated this experience. Do NOT WASTE TIME, (do not waste your time) !
