However, in using them with this recent transaction, although they got the job done, I felt that our paralegal that was assigned to our case lacked the sensitivity to deal with us in a professional manner. Buying and selling a home can be extremely stressful and instead of helping to alleviate some of the anxiety, she added to it with what I felt was a passive/aggressive attitude. Because I have used Gillman, Bruton & Capone in the past with positive results, I would use them again but would request a different paralegal.
